One example is a spot I went to the other night.
Hikari in Liberties Walk.
They call themselves a "Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar"... WELL THEN Hikari, why oh why do you serve Bibimbap?!?!?!? WTF?
The menu reads like this... sushi... Japanese salads... teriyaki... blah, blah, blah, maki, more sushi, Japanese stuff, blah blah blah, and then BAM! "Korean"... they just drop this random Korean section in there like no one is going to notice that they are two totally different cuisines from two totally different countries in two totally different geographic locations.
Weird.
I can not tell a lie, the sushi wasn't bad. But it's still weird!
