My Computer Just Laugh In My Face

I just tried to make reservations at elBulli.


I was like 'F-it. I'm doing it. I'm going to travel halfway around the globe and spend my entire life savings because dammit... I'm that kind of person.'

I know it was wishful thinking but I did NOT expect to get so humiliated by my own computer. F you computer (elBulli I still love you).


The site might as well say "We are currently booked for the 2008 season, and forever. Please check back again at the end of forever so that we can reject you again, or check back when you marry into royalty, buy a continent, or cure cancer. Thank you from the entire elBulli staff."


Is there a certain wiener one must pay attention to to get in? Or do you have to start small (pun intended) and work you way up the ladder?

I guess the fact that they give directions "by air" should be a good indicator that the answer might be "no" if you were to call and ask "do you have anything available Saturday night... oh around 8 or 9 o'clock or so?"

Regardless, I would like to go, so if anyone has a reservation they would like to give up please shoot me a quick email. Also, please let me know if there is a method other then the be-really-really-successful-and exceptionally-important-and-have-more-money-then-god method.
