You Have to Eat Scapes

Garlic Scapes are in season.

They are SO tasty. Git 'um while their good!

I just toss them in a little garlic and olive oil and then roast them in the oven or throw them on the grill. Yum.



I got mine at the Headhouse Farmers' Market on 2nd and Lombard (Headhouse Square) in Philadelphia. Which I LOVE LOVE LOVE.

It's open 10am-2pm on Saturday and Sundays.
